Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
We decided to change the guns in the wing roots (neglected altogether by the RPG) from the 16mm guns of the source material to the 20mm guns of today, for reasons of continuity with existing aircraft. We kept the name "Dragon" from the source material, rather than "Falcon", from the RPG - especially because we already have a "Falcon" that would have seen service during the waning days of the Global War, namely the F-16.

Details on this aircraft are limited to a pair of rough watercolor drawings and a few seconds of screen time, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
We have speculated that the 'L' in the designation is indicative of a laser-equipped fighter. The lifting body shape suggests a high speed/high altitude fighter. Also, the small size limits the payload suggesting an interceptor role.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
We kept the numerical designation of the RPG and changed the plane from Russian to South African manufacture, to highlight the fact that in Robotech, the Global War began before the arrival of the SDF-1, and not after, and the Graphic Novel refers to a world fractured by conflict.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation. Note that the only episode we can find where this aircraft is used portrays it as far larger than the animation sheets, with trucks driving out of the nose. We attribute this to animator error, since episode #20 ("Paradise Lost") is one of the farmed-out episodes, and is rife with other errors.
The RPG's data on this craft is generally mistaken - there are four hardpoints per wing, not three, the hardpoints are portrayed carrying bombs, not missiles. Furthermore, the RPG completely misses the underwing missiles and the bomb bay.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
In the episode "Bye Bye Mars", we see the Cat's Eye being propelled by its fuselage engines. In "Blind Game", we see the spacecraft being propelled by the lower thruster on the wing nacelle. This is why we developed the engine mix in the technical file.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
The antenna radomes were used to speculate upon the electronics suite provided by the aircraft. Also, equipment in use by current AWACS aircraft was considered.

The alternate versions of the Tunny are based on current variants used for existing transport aircraft.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation.
The RPG errs on the weapons fit of this aircraft. It places a machine gun in the nose and an autocannon in each sponson - while an examination of the animation sheets reveals a single autocannon in the left sponson, and the machine gun in the right.
We changed the manufacturer (Siokorvsky = Sikorsky) to add a more international feel to this chopper, but kept Sikorsky as a licensed manufacturer of it.

The missiles are referenced in the source material, even if the RPG left them out.

The RPG mistranslated the source material on the ARMD cruiser to come to the conclusion that the Lancer II was unmanned - it is indeed a manned craft.

In episode #24, we see a two intake, eight nozzled version transporting Lisa back to earth. In episode #31, we see a three intake, ten nozzled version transport Adm. Gloval and company up to Breetai's flagship. Based on this we have proposed two different versions of the shuttle to match the structural and propulsion changes. The shuttle in episode #31 also demonstrates VTOL capabilities, which are not drawn in the M:PM drawings or seen in episode #24.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation. This craft was taken from the Macross movie universe and inserted into Robotech on the hypothesis that technical designs for the first few years after the final battle of the Macross saga are comperable in the Macross and Robotech universes.

This aircraft is briefly seen in only one episode, #47 ("Outsiders"). From what we are able to see, this aircraft forms the core of the air-wing aboard Carpenter's vessel. So far as we have been able to find, there are neither animation sheets for nor written data on this aircraft. Because of this, our entry is wholly speculative, based upon the appearance and performance of the craft as seen in its brief moment in the show.

This vehicle is seen only briefly, in the flashback scenes in episode #71 ("The Secret Route"). It is the plane Lancer was piloting when he crashed to Earth and was rescued by Carla. Since so little data on this aircraft exists, our entry is almost entirely speculation, based upon the animation sheets.
Go to Bat technical file.
The two variants of this mecha - the normal hoverplatform and the Hargun insertion vehicle - are both only seen in the Robotech Movie. Since the written material is virtually non-existant, our entry is almost entirely based on the the performance of this aircraft as seen in the Robotech Movie, and on Chris Meadows' RPG adaptation.

This aircraft is seen, however briefly, in the Robotech Movie. However, since the Japanese source material is so sparse on this aircraft, our entries are little more than speculation.

No original data on this aircraft seems to exist, so our files are based on speculation from the animation and animation sheets. The only pictures in TIA#10 consist of models. The names come from the branch description text in TIA#10.
The RPG refers to the Falcon as the Phantom. Overall, we decided to be more consistent with the source material than RPG information.

No original data on this aircraft seems to exist, so our files are based on speculation from the animation and animation sheets. The only pictures in TIA#10 consist of models. The names come from the branch description text in TIA#10. The MyAnime insert contains animation drawings of the Chimera.
The RPG refers to and the Chimera as the Corsair III. Overall, we decided to be more consistent with the source material than RPG information.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation. This craft is seen for only a few moments where reference is made to video surveillance of the downed Tirolian flagship. Beyond what is pointed out in the animation sheet, all other information is speculation.
With the presence of the bottom rotor, the vehicle is assumed to be VTOL capable. The picture is explicit about the boom being a 25mm 3-barrel cannon. We have extrapolated with the use of the same cannon from the Flagga. The animation sheet only shows two hardpoints. The winglets appear to contain the outer landing gear for this craft.

Details on this aircraft are very sparse, forcing us to base almost all of our entry on speculation. This aircraft is seen only momentarily to insert the 15th ATAC squadron onto the airborne to Mothership. Other than the fact that at least 12 hovertanks are seen to be dispensed from this aircraft, all other details are speculation. The pilots are wearing TAF armor. It is unclear if the pilots are actually TAF troopers or members of the Military Airlift Command.
Size can also be extrapolated from the doors visible in the graphic in RA#2. The presence of underwing engines in additional to those in the main body led us to the proposed engine composition.
